So this is a pretty funny show overall, at least to us, but we lived through that particular crazy studio day. The show is full of great, useful, information on losing weight, keeping it off, body image, etc. Enjoy!

Giggle, Giggle, Giggle! Last weekend, at the Be your Best! Hypnosis Training I got to give an extra segment about dressing the part. It seems that some women while trying to dress stylishly, are showing a bit too much cleavage. So my talk started like this, “Ladies, stand up, look down towards your toes…if you see more than 1 inch of cleavage, it’s too much! Imagine, if you see an inch and you bend towards your client, they get a clear view of the girls!” Silly, yes, but it made my point effectively. Today’s point…if you have boobs, get them checked! My friend has been diagnosed with lymphoma. And during one of the Dr. visits I accompanied her on, I found out how important a yearly mammogram can be.
