Here’s her “Jen’s Gorilla Punch (Smoothie)” recipe!
1 organic banana 1 c. spinach or kale 1 Tbs hemp seeds 1 tsp bee pollen 1 tsp chocolate stevia 1 c. hemp milk 1 c. ice (optional)Blend together and use as breakfast or a snack anytime. Enjoy!
For a nice detoxifying drink, her Cayenne cocktail recipe is: 4 to 5 drops of liquid cayenne pepper in a glass of purified water. Add 1/2 packet stevia or 2 tsp. of agave syrup with the juice of 2 fresh lemons. Drink daily for cardiovascular health.
