Raw Food is Easy – One smoothie a day means a 30% raw diet!

We had Jen Moran from www.jensrawtruth.com on the show, and she shared with us how raw foods can help your health. And really, just by replacing your normal breakfast with a smoothie would mean your diet is 30% raw. How easy is that?

Here’s her “Jen’s Gorilla Punch (Smoothie)” recipe!

1 organic banana
1 c. spinach or kale
1 Tbs hemp seeds
1 tsp bee pollen
1 tsp chocolate stevia
1 c. hemp milk
1 c. ice (optional)

Blend together and use as breakfast or a snack anytime. Enjoy!

For a nice detoxifying drink, her Cayenne cocktail recipe is: 4 to 5 drops of liquid cayenne pepper in a glass of purified water. Add 1/2 packet stevia or 2 tsp. of agave syrup with the juice of 2 fresh lemons. Drink daily for cardiovascular health.
